Simple and quick peanut butter brownies made with only five ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8×8 inch baking pan.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the peanut butter and sugar until well combined.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the flour and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
- Let the brownies cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use natural peanut butter.
- You can add chocolate chips for extra indulgence.
