Simple recipe for air fryer chicken thighs with a sweet apricot glaze.
Ingredients
- 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup apricot preserves
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix apricot preserves, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and pepper.
- Place chicken thighs in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15 minutes.
- Brush the chicken with the apricot glaze.
- Cook for another 10-15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can adjust the cooking time based on your air fryer.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the glaze.
