Description

Simple recipe for air fryer chicken thighs with a sweet apricot glaze.


Ingredients

  • 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup apricot preserves
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix apricot preserves, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and pepper.
  3. Place chicken thighs in the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook for 15 minutes.
  5. Brush the chicken with the apricot glaze.
  6. Cook for another 10-15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
