Description

A simple and healthy chicken salad with avocado.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mash the avocados.
  2. Add the shredded chicken, red onion, cilantro, and lime juice.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Mix everything until well combined.
  5. Serve immediately or chill for later.

Notes

  • You can add a pinch of cayenne pepper for a little heat.
