Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mash the avocados.
- Add the shredded chicken, red onion, cilantro, and lime juice.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix everything until well combined.
- Serve immediately or chill for later.
Notes
- You can add a pinch of cayenne pepper for a little heat.
- Serve on lettuce wraps or with crackers.
