Description

A delicious cake with Baileys Irish Cream in the frosting.


Ingredients

  • 1 box of chocolate cake mix
  • Ingredients for cake mix (eggs, oil, water)
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream


Instructions

  1. Bake the cake according to the box instructions. Let it cool completely.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the softened butter until smooth.
  3. Gradually add the powdered sugar, beating until combined.
  4. Mix in the Baileys and heavy cream until the frosting is light and fluffy.
  5. Frost the cooled cake.

Notes

  • You can add chocolate shavings on top.
  • For a stronger Baileys flavor, add more.
