Description
A delicious cake with Baileys Irish Cream in the frosting.
Ingredients
- 1 box of chocolate cake mix
- Ingredients for cake mix (eggs, oil, water)
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup Baileys Irish Cream
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Bake the cake according to the box instructions. Let it cool completely.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened butter until smooth.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar, beating until combined.
- Mix in the Baileys and heavy cream until the frosting is light and fluffy.
- Frost the cooled cake.
Notes
- You can add chocolate shavings on top.
- For a stronger Baileys flavor, add more.
