Description

Simple recipe for baking chicken leg quarters.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken leg quarters
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  3. Place chicken leg quarters in a baking dish.
  4. Rub the spice mixture over the chicken.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
