Ingredients
- 1 lb green beans, trimmed
- 1 cup cranberries
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Toss green beans with butter, salt, and pepper.
- Roast for 20 minutes until tender.
- In a pan, toast pecans for 3 minutes.
- Add cranberries and maple syrup, cook for 5 minutes.
- Mix cranberry-pecan mixture with green beans.
- Serve warm.
