Description
Simple biscuits with blueberries and oats.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) cold unsalted butter, cut into cubes
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 3/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, oats, baking powder, and salt.
- Cut in the cold butter until the mixture looks like crumbs.
- Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Add milk and stir until just combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden.
