Description

Simple biscuits with blueberries and oats.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) cold unsalted butter, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 3/4 cup milk


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, oats, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Cut in the cold butter until the mixture looks like crumbs.
  4. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  5. Add milk and stir until just combined.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden.
