A rich bread pudding with bourbon and caramel.
Ingredients
- 1 loaf of bread
- 4 cups milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup bourbon
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Cut bread into cubes.
- Mix milk, sugar, eggs, and bourbon.
- Add bread and soak.
- Pour into baking dish.
- Drizzle with caramel.
- Bake until set.
