Description

Easy to make champagne jello shots perfect for any celebration.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup champagne
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 ounces flavored gelatin (like strawberry or raspberry)
  • 1/4 cup vodka or champagne vodka


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, dissolve the gelatin and sugar in the boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved.
  2. Add the champagne and vodka to the mixture. Stir well.
  3. Pour the mixture into small plastic cups or a silicone ice cube tray.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
  5. Serve chilled.

Notes

  • For a less alcoholic version, you can omit the vodka.
  • Garnish with edible glitter for extra sparkle.
