Easy to make champagne jello shots perfect for any celebration.
Ingredients
- 1 cup champagne
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 ounces flavored gelatin (like strawberry or raspberry)
- 1/4 cup vodka or champagne vodka
Instructions
- In a bowl, dissolve the gelatin and sugar in the boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved.
- Add the champagne and vodka to the mixture. Stir well.
- Pour the mixture into small plastic cups or a silicone ice cube tray.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
- Serve chilled.
Notes
- For a less alcoholic version, you can omit the vodka.
- Garnish with edible glitter for extra sparkle.
- Make sure your champagne is chilled before mixing.
