Description

A simple and quick fudge recipe perfect for the holidays, ready in just 10 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed candy canes


Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate chips.
  3. Microwave on high for 1 minute, stir, then microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until chocolate is melted and smooth.
  4. Stir in peppermint extract.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  6. Sprinkle crushed candy canes over the top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until firm.
