Description
A simple one-pot pasta dish with sausage and cheese.
Ingredients
- 1 pound Italian sausage
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 pound pasta
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown sausage in a pot. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté onion and garlic in the same pot.
- Add crushed tomatoes and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
- Add pasta and cook until tender.
- Stir in sausage and cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.

- You can use any type of pasta you like.
- Add vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms.
