Description
A simple skillet dish with mashed potatoes, cabbage, and other ingredients.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 head green cabbage, thinly sliced
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil potatoes until tender. Drain and mash with milk and butter.
- Sauté cabbage in a skillet until softened.
- Stir in bacon and green onions.
- Combine mashed potatoes and cabbage mixture. Season.
