Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup almonds, chopped
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Mix oats, almonds, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Heat honey and coconut oil in a small pan until melted, then add vanilla.
  4. Pour the liquid mixture over the dry ingredients, stirring until coated.
  5. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway, until golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven, mix in cranberries, and let cool to form clusters.
