Ingredients
- 2 cups diced apples
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add apples and cranberries, cook for 5 minutes.
- Stir in maple syrup, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Create wells in the mixture and crack eggs into them.
- Cover and cook until eggs are set, about 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle with walnuts before serving.
