Description

Quick and easy cranberry brie phyllo cups, perfect for a 15-minute snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 package phyllo dough, thawed
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 4 ounces brie cheese, cut into small pieces
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small saucepan, combine cranberries, sugar, and water. Cook over medium heat until cranberries burst and sauce thickens, about 5-7 minutes. Let cool slightly.
  3. Brush phyllo dough sheets with melted butter and layer them in a mini muffin tin to form cups.
  4. Fill each phyllo cup with a piece of brie cheese.
  5. Top the brie with a spoonful of cranberry sauce.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until phyllo is golden brown and cheese is melted.
  7. Serve warm.

Notes

  • You can substitute pre-made cranberry sauce for homemade.
