Quick and easy cranberry brie phyllo cups, perfect for a 15-minute snack.
Ingredients
- 1 package phyllo dough, thawed
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 4 ounces brie cheese, cut into small pieces
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small saucepan, combine cranberries, sugar, and water. Cook over medium heat until cranberries burst and sauce thickens, about 5-7 minutes. Let cool slightly.
- Brush phyllo dough sheets with melted butter and layer them in a mini muffin tin to form cups.
- Fill each phyllo cup with a piece of brie cheese.
- Top the brie with a spoonful of cranberry sauce.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until phyllo is golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Serve warm.

- You can substitute pre-made cranberry sauce for homemade.
