Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix oats, brown sugar, and melted butter to form the crust. Press into a lined baking pan.
- Bake crust for 10 minutes, then let cool slightly.
- Beat cream cheese, granulated sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour cheesecake filling over the crust.
- Spoon cranberry sauce on top and swirl gently with a knife.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until set. Cool before slicing.

- Use fresh or canned cranberry sauce.
- Chill before serving for cleaner slices.
