Description

Ingredients

  • 8 slices of thick-cut bread
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Maple syrup for serving


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and cranberry sauce until smooth.
  2. Spread the mixture on 4 slices of bread and top with the remaining slices to make sandwiches.
  3. In a shallow dish, whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon.
  4. Dip each sandwich into the egg mixture, coating both sides.
  5. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
