Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp mustard
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, onion, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place in a baking dish.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
- Mix cranberry sauce, brown sugar, and mustard in a small bowl.
- Spread the glaze over the meatloaf and bake for another 15 minutes.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
