Description
A healthy and delicious chia pudding sweetened with maple syrup and topped with cranberries for a tart contrast.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
- Stir well and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Stir again to prevent clumping.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Top with dried cranberries before serving.
