Description

A quick and flavorful dish featuring ham steaks glazed with a sweet and tangy cranberry mustard sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 ham steaks (about 1 inch thick)
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix cranberry sauce, Dijon mustard, honey, apple cider vinegar, and black pepper.
  3. Place ham steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush half of the glaze over the ham steaks.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes, then flip the steaks and brush with the remaining glaze.
  6. Bake for another 10 minutes or until heated through.
  7. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Use leftover cranberry sauce for convenience.
  • Adjust honey for sweetness preference.
  • Pair with roasted vegetables or mashed potatoes.
