Ingredients
- 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1 orange, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, honey, salt, pepper, thyme, and garlic powder.
- Coat chicken thighs with the mixture.
- Place chicken in a baking dish.
- Scatter cranberries and orange slices around the chicken.
- Roast for 35-40 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve warm.
