Ingredients

  • 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp garlic powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, honey, salt, pepper, thyme, and garlic powder.
  3. Coat chicken thighs with the mixture.
  4. Place chicken in a baking dish.
  5. Scatter cranberries and orange slices around the chicken.
  6. Roast for 35-40 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
