Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 3/4 cups milk
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your waffle iron.
- In a large bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, pumpkin spice, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix milk, pumpkin puree, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until combined.
