Juicy pork chops cooked in a skillet with a flavorful blend of cranberries and rosemary.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops (1-inch thick)
  • 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)


Instructions

  1. Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear pork chops for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
  4. Remove pork chops and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add garlic, cranberries, and rosemary. Cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Pour in chicken broth and honey, stirring to combine.
  7. Return pork chops to the skillet and simmer for 3-4 minutes until fully cooked.
  8. Serve warm, spooning sauce over the pork chops.
