Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Asiago cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  3. Add chicken breasts, season with salt, pepper, and thyme, then cook for 4-5 minutes per side.
  4. Transfer chicken to a baking dish.
