Description

A simple pasta dish with a creamy garlic sauce and mushrooms.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan. Add mushrooms and cook until softened.
  3. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to combine.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

  • You can use any type of mushroom you like.
  • For a spicier dish, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
