Creamy Lemon Dill Chicken

Description

A simple chicken dish with a creamy lemon dill sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes per side, until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. Add chicken broth, heavy cream, lemon juice, dill, and garlic to the skillet.
  5. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, until sauce thickens slightly.
  6. Return chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over the chicken.
  7. Serve immediately.
