Ingredients

  • 1 medium pumpkin
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the top off the pumpkin and remove the seeds and pulp.
  3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onion and garlic. Drain excess fat.
