Simple recipe for delicious red velvet cookies with Hershey’s Kisses.
Ingredients
- 1 box red velvet cake mix
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- Hershey’s Kisses, unwrapped
- Powdered sugar (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the cake mix, oil, and eggs until combined.
- Roll the dough into 1-inch balls.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes.
- Immediately press a Hershey’s Kiss into the center of each cookie.
- If desired, dust with powdered sugar.
- Let cool on the baking sheet.
Notes
- Make sure your Hershey’s Kisses are unwrapped before you start.
- You can add sprinkles to the cookies before baking.
