Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1 can (20 ounces) pineapple chunks, drained
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear pork chops for 3-4 minutes per side, until browned.
- Add pineapple chunks, soy sauce, and brown sugar to the skillet.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until pork chops are cooked through and pineapple is heated.
- Serve immediately.

- You can use fresh pineapple.
- Adjust the amount of brown sugar to your taste.
