Simple and quick shrimp fajitas recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper (any color), sliced
- 1 packet fajita seasoning
- Tortillas
- Your favorite toppings (sour cream, salsa, guacamole)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add onion and bell pepper; cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add shrimp and fajita seasoning; cook until shrimp is pink, about 3-5 minutes.
- Warm tortillas.
- Fill tortillas with shrimp and vegetables.
- Add your favorite toppings and serve.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of fajita seasoning to your taste.
- For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lime juice.
