Description

Simple and quick shrimp fajitas recipe.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper (any color), sliced
  • 1 packet fajita seasoning
  • Tortillas
  • Your favorite toppings (sour cream, salsa, guacamole)


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add onion and bell pepper; cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add shrimp and fajita seasoning; cook until shrimp is pink, about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Warm tortillas.
  5. Fill tortillas with shrimp and vegetables.
  6. Add your favorite toppings and serve.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of fajita seasoning to your taste.
  • For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lime juice.
