Ingredients
- 2 cups green beans, trimmed
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add green beans and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in almonds, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra crunch, toast the almonds before adding.
- You can use frozen green beans if fresh ones aren’t available.
