Description
A festive and easy pull-apart bread featuring creamy brie and tart cranberries, perfect for holiday gatherings.
Ingredients
- 1 tube (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 4 oz brie cheese, rind removed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/4 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
- Place the brie pieces evenly onto the wider end of each triangle.
- Spoon about 1/2 teaspoon of cranberry sauce over each piece of brie.
- Sprinkle with fresh rosemary.
- Fold the sides of the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Arrange the filled dough triangles on the prepared baking sheet, leaving a small space between each.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and lemon zest. Brush this mixture over the tops of the dough.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and the brie is melted and gooey.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For a sweeter bread, you can add a drizzle of honey before baking.
- Serve warm with extra cranberry sauce for dipping.
