Description

A festive and easy pull-apart bread featuring creamy brie and tart cranberries, perfect for holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 tube (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 4 oz brie cheese, rind removed and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/4 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
  3. Place the brie pieces evenly onto the wider end of each triangle.
  4. Spoon about 1/2 teaspoon of cranberry sauce over each piece of brie.
  5. Sprinkle with fresh rosemary.
  6. Fold the sides of the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
  7. Arrange the filled dough triangles on the prepared baking sheet, leaving a small space between each.
  8. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and lemon zest. Brush this mixture over the tops of the dough.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and the brie is melted and gooey.
  10. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • For a sweeter bread, you can add a drizzle of honey before baking.
