Ingredients
- 1 inch ginger, peeled and sliced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 4 cups water
- Sparkling water
- Lemon slices for garnish
Instructions
- Combine ginger, lemon juice, honey, and water in a saucepan.
- Bring to a simmer for 15 minutes.
- Strain the mixture.
- Let it cool.
- Pour over ice.
- Top with sparkling water.
- Garnish with lemon slices.
Notes
- Adjust honey to your taste.
- You can add a pinch of cayenne pepper for extra warmth.
