Ingredients

  • 1 inch ginger, peeled and sliced
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • Lemon slices (optional)


Instructions

  1. Boil water in a saucepan.
  2. Add ginger and turmeric.
  3. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Strain the tea.
  5. Add honey and lemon to taste.
