Ingredients
- 1 pound gnocchi
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped

Instructions
- Cook gnocchi according to package directions.
- While gnocchi cooks, melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Continue cooking butter until it turns golden brown and has a nutty aroma.
- Remove from heat and stir in chopped basil.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Drain the gnocchi and add it to the brown butter sauce.
