Description
A simple pasta dish with goat cheese and seasonal spring vegetables.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces pasta
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup asparagus, chopped
- 1 cup peas
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 4 ounces goat cheese
- 1/4 cup pasta water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Heat olive oil in a pan. Add asparagus, peas, and green onions. Cook until tender.
- Crumble goat cheese into the pan. Add pasta water. Stir until cheese melts.
- Add cooked pasta to the pan. Toss to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper.
