Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp instant coffee powder
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
- Dissolve coffee powder in 1 tbsp hot water and add to the mixture.
- Sift flour, baking powder, and salt into the wet ingredients. Mix well.
- Pour half the batter into the pan, drizzle caramel sauce, then add the remaining batter.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the edges are set but the center is slightly gooey.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
