Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp instant coffee powder
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Dissolve coffee powder in 1 tbsp hot water and add to the mixture.
