Ingredients

- 1/2 cup kale
- 1/2 green apple
- 1/2 banana
- 1/4 avocado
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add more water if needed to reach your desired consistency.
