Halloumi Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Description

A simple grilled cheese sandwich with halloumi cheese.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 2 ounces halloumi cheese, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon butter


Instructions

  1. Butter one side of each bread slice.
  2. Place one slice of bread, butter-side down, in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add halloumi slices.
  4. Top with the other bread slice, butter-side up.
  5. Grill for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  6. Serve immediately.

  • You can add other ingredients, such as tomatoes or pesto.
