A simple recipe for sweet and savory honey-glazed Brussels sprouts.
Ingredients
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and slightly browned.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and balsamic vinegar.
- Drizzle the honey-balsamic glaze over the roasted Brussels sprouts and toss to coat.
- Return to the oven for 2-3 minutes, or until the glaze is bubbly.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the glaze.
