Description
A classic cocktail made with coffee, Irish whiskey, sugar, and whipped cream.
Ingredients
- 4 oz hot brewed coffee
- 1.5 oz Irish whiskey
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 oz heavy cream, lightly whipped
Instructions
- Heat a stemmed glass by filling it with hot water.
- Pour out the water and add the sugar to the glass.
- Pour in the hot coffee and stir until the sugar dissolves.
- Add the Irish whiskey.
- Gently float the lightly whipped cream on top.
Notes
- For best results, use freshly brewed coffee.
- Do not stir the cream into the coffee.
