A rich and creamy cheesecake with the flavor of Irish cream.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup Irish cream liqueur
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add Irish cream, sour cream, and vanilla. Mix well.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing until just combined.
- Pour filling into the crust.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the edges are set.
- Let cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.

- You can top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
