Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan. Add minced garlic and cook for about a minute.
- Stir in lemon zest and juice. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet.
- Pour the lemon garlic butter over the salmon.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley.
