Description

Simple salmon recipe with lemon, garlic, and butter.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Melt the butter in a small saucepan. Add minced garlic and cook for about a minute.
  3. Stir in lemon zest and juice. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet.
  5. Pour the lemon garlic butter over the salmon.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
