Lime Chicken Pasta Salad

Description

A refreshing pasta salad with chicken and a zesty lime dressing.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, chicken, bell pepper, red onion, and cilantro.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, and honey. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour dressing over pasta salad and toss to combine.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
