Description

Make these small, refreshing pies with a chocolate cookie crust, minty filling, and whipped cream.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup crème de menthe
  • 1/4 cup crème de cacao
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped


Instructions

  1. Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press into mini pie pans.
  2. In a bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, crème de menthe, and crème de cacao.
  3. Fold in whipped cream.
  4. Pour filling into crusts.
  5. Chill for at least 2 hours.

Notes

  • Garnish with chocolate shavings or extra whipped cream.
  • For a stronger mint flavor, add a few drops of peppermint extract.
