Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup crème de menthe
- 1/4 cup crème de cacao
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
Instructions
- Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press into mini pie pans.
- In a bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, crème de menthe, and crème de cacao.
- Fold in whipped cream.
- Pour filling into crusts.
- Chill for at least 2 hours.
Notes
- Garnish with chocolate shavings or extra whipped cream.
- For a stronger mint flavor, add a few drops of peppermint extract.
