Ingredients
- 1 cup mashed sweet potato
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix sweet potato, peanut butter, egg, and water in a bowl.
- Add flour and oats, stirring until combined.
- Roll dough to 1/2 inch thickness and cut into donut shapes.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until firm.
- Cool completely before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
- Freeze for longer storage.
- Ensure peanut butter does not contain xylitol.
