Description

A simple pizza with prosciutto and pea shoots.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 4 ounces prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups pea shoots
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. Stretch or roll out the pizza dough.
  3. Spread pizza sauce over the dough.
  4. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake for 12 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and add prosciutto and pea shoots.
  7. Drizzle with olive oil.
  8. Bake for another 3 minutes, or until the crust is golden.

Notes

  • You can add other toppings.
  • Use fresh ingredients for best flavor.
