Description
A simple pizza with prosciutto and pea shoots.
Ingredients
- 1 pound pizza dough
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 4 ounces prosciutto, thinly sliced
- 2 cups pea shoots
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
- Stretch or roll out the pizza dough.
- Spread pizza sauce over the dough.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 12 minutes.
- Remove from oven and add prosciutto and pea shoots.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for another 3 minutes, or until the crust is golden.

- You can add other toppings.
