Description
A delicious cake with raspberry jam filling.
Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup raspberry jam
- Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, milk, and oil. Beat with an electric mixer until well combined.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan.
- Spread the raspberry jam evenly over the batter.
- Pour the remaining batter over the jam.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completely in the pan.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving, if desired.
Notes
- You can substitute other fruit jams.
- For a richer flavor, use butter instead of oil.
