Description

A delicious cake with raspberry jam filling.


Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup raspberry jam
  • Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, milk, and oil. Beat with an electric mixer until well combined.
  3. Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan.
  4. Spread the raspberry jam evenly over the batter.
  5. Pour the remaining batter over the jam.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the cake cool completely in the pan.
  8. Dust with powdered sugar before serving, if desired.

Notes

  • You can substitute other fruit jams.
  • For a richer flavor, use butter instead of oil.
