Ingredients
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and slightly browned, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and toss with dried cranberries and chopped pecans.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add a drizzle of balsamic glaze before serving.
