Ingredients
- 1 medium butternut squash, peeled, seeded, and cubed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the cubed butternut squash with olive oil, maple syrup, cinnamon, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the squash in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, or until the squash is tender and lightly caramelized, flipping halfway through.
- Serve hot.
